Welcome to Thai Harmony MK

I'm Maya, a fully qualified Thai massage therapist based in Monkston Park, Milton Keynes. I trained in Thailand, hold a VTCT NVQ Level 3 and have over 10 years of professional experience, including at spas in London and Milton Keynes. Thai Harmony MK is my own practice, and I personally provide all treatments.

Before we start, we talk about how you feel and what you'd like from your session. As I work, I pay attention to how your muscles respond and to what you tell me, adjusting the pressure, technique and focus as I go and checking that it feels right for you. That's why two people booking the same treatment can have different sessions. You can ask me to change the pressure at any time.

Whether you'd like focused deep tissue work, Thai massage or lighter-pressure relaxation, your session is shaped around you. Take some time for yourself in a calm, welcoming, professionally equipped studio with free parking and its own bathroom.

Yoga-inspired assisted stretching combined with medium to firm pressure to ease muscular tension and help you move more comfortably. I work with hands, thumbs, elbows and knees, adapting each technique to you. Performed fully clothed, without oil.
